The Chosen by Chaim Potok will hit home and it is a book you will never forget. It is about two very different young men becoming very good friends. It was a heart warming story for me and I couldn't put it down. Potok gives you clues as to what goes on but you don't fully understand until you finish the book. This is definitely an emotion-stirring novel that you will want to read again and again. It also includes historical references to World War II and the formation of Isreal.
I loved it and found the facts very interesting. This is a book to share with family and friends.
