Synopses & Reviews
Designed for novice to intermediate users, My Samsung Galaxy S I V will combine step lists, tips, and full-color illustrative screen captures to familiarize the reader with the important capabilities of the device and how they’re used. As much as possible, each chapter will be self-contained; that is, with few exceptions, the topics in a given chapter will be covered entirely in that chapter. In addition, the book will attempt to present the material in a logical order that will anticipate when in the learning process the reader can be expected to need it.
In 500 pages, users will learn to configure the phone for initial use and later customize it, place and receive calls, manage their contacts, send/receive email from multiple accounts, browse the Web, take photos and shoot HD videos, transfer material to and from the phone, sync certain types of data, share material with friends, access their favorite social networking sites and chat programs, and resolve common problems.
