It just grows out of her head Melissa wants to do something special, someting spectacular. But everything she tries doesn't seem to work out the way she plans. Then, one day, she discovers she can do something special -- with her hair.
About the Author
Pat Brisson is a winner of a Christopher Award for The Summer My Father Was Ten and has written a number of books for children. She lives in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.Suzanne Bloom is the author and illustrator of the picture books featuring Goose and Bear: Treasure and A Splendid Friend, Indeed, a Theodor Seuss Geisel Honor Book. Her other books include No Place for a Pig, A Mighty Fine Time Machine, We Keep a Pig in the Parlor, and the popular The Bus for Us. She lives with her family in McDonough, New York.
