Synopsis
Her small body riddled with the effects of muscular dystrophy, Amy Brell has spent most of her childhood in and out of hospital rooms. Obsessed with Thoroughbred horse racing, the biggest injustice in life for this young girl is that she is confined to a wheelchair and unable to actively experience her favorite hobby. When a young nurse brings Frank Harmon, the famous horse trainer of Solona Park, to see her, Amy's life changes forever.Always seen as a distant and unapproachable man on and off the track, Frank Harmon opens his heart to the family of the feisty young girl who holds a strong passion for racing. Too young to be allowed entry to most areas of the park, Amy only dreamed there would be a day when she may actually get to see a live race in action. Unbeknownst to Frank, with his vision and grit, and a local sportswriter's curiosity, the young teenager would become the talk of Solona Park for years to come.
