About the Author
Arthur H. Landrock is presently on the staff of the DOD Plastics Technical Evaluation Center, in Dover, New Jersey, where he has been a subject specialist in many areas including powder coatings, polymeric materials, cellular plastics, adhesives, specifications and standards, and flammability. He has authored the Handbook of Plastics Flammability and Combustion Toxicology, published in 1983. Mr. Landrock is also a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Elastomers and Plastics, and has served as Consulting Editor to the International Plastics Selector, Inc. A member of ASTM, SAMPE, SPE, and the National Fire Protection Association, he is also a member of the USA Technical Advisory Group for ISO TC 61 on Plastics. He serves as Editorial Review Chairman of ASTM Committee D-14 on Adhesives and D-20 on Plastics, and is also a member of the ASTM Standing Committee on Terminology.
