About the Author
Mike Mignola is the celebrated writer and artist of
Hellboy. The comic is currently translated into half a dozen languages, has won over a dozen industry awards, and has earned Mignola the accolades of his peers. He has worked with filmmakers Francis Ford Coppola and Guillermo del Toro, and lent his unique vision to Disney's
Atlantis. 2004 will see the release of a
Hellboy feature film by del Toro, as well as the comic-book sequel to
The Third Wish.
The artist wishes to dedicate this book to his wife Christine, who made it all possible.
