"In andlt;Iandgt;Ayurvedic Massageandlt;/Iandgt;, author Harish Johari combines a variety of cultural, yogic and Ayurvedic concepts together to spin his tale about massage. In doing so he is able to bring to light the concept of marmas (pressure points) and speculate on how these antecedents of Chinese acupuncture points may be helpful in stimulating the body's own healing powers."
