About the Author
Louise Fulton-Keats is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu cookery school and has several qualifications in childrens nutrition. She is mother to toddler Harry and has a particular interest in helping children develop a love of food. Her grandmother, Margaret Fulton, is "the woman who taught Australia to cook" and the author of more than twenty-five cookbooks.
