Praise for the band Bobby Joe Ebola:
“I brush my teeth to Bobby Joe Ebola!” —Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day
“These are the songs that will liberate the sarcasm from your tongue, the poison from your loins and the wit from your fevered mind. Written by two guys who never met a sacred cow they couldn't milk or couldn't think an idea too dangerous as to not amplify it in front of strangers… there's nothing more fearless than comedy that doesn't flinch. No band coats the horror of the world in such soothing chords and caustic choruses than Bobby Joe Ebola. Play these songs and beware what you'll conjure.” —Jamie DeWolf, producer of NPRs Snap Judgment, performer on HBOs Def Poetry Jam, creator and host of Tourettes Without Regrets and great-grandson of L. Ron Hubbard
"One of those unique bands that cannot be wedged into a specific genre or style, giving the listener the rare experience of being treated to something truly special, where every song appeals to a different part of the senses, while the mind tries to decide if it should laugh or cry at the inherent truth in the lyrics. Upbeat catchy songs drenched in satire full of serious political undertones, Bobby Joe Ebola and the Children MacNuggits can only be described as genius, brilliant, reminiscent of the late George Carlin mixed with a heavy dose of Monty Python." —Melissa Webster, Huffington Post
"Remember Weird Al Yankovics “Dare To Be Stupid” when you first heard it on the original Transformers cartoon movie soundtrack? Bobby Joe Ebola is like that, only better." —Kool A.D. of Das Racist
“If I could take one song with me to a desert island, it would be a Bobby Joe Ebola song. It would keep me sane and then make me crazy enough to survive.” —Emily Heller, Comedy Centrals John Oliver's New York Stand Up Show, Baby Geniuses podcast
“A lot of people think Abbott and Redford are crazy for reaching so far, but their growing popularity and multifaceted appeal seems to suggest otherwise.” —Josh Indar, PopMatters

"Smart comedy that turns the truth on its head and slaps us in the face with it without being preachy and pointless." Melissa Webster, Huffington Post
