About the Author
Bryan Webb is the chef of the Michelin-starred Tyddyn Llan restaurant with rooms in north Wales. He started cooking in South Wales in the mid-seventies with Sonia and Neville Blech, the first ever restauranteurs in Wales to attain a Michelin Star. After four years at the famous Drangway restaurant in Swansea, Bryan took control of his first kitchen and began his stepping stone to Hilaire where he remained for 14 years. He and his wife Susan began at Tyddyn Llan in 2002. They have built on Tyddyn Llan's reputation to make it one of the finest restaurants with rooms in the country. He previously published a full version of his book Bryan Webb's Kitchen.
