Mommy and Daddy have overslept and now everyone is rushing to get ready. Mommy tells Caillou to hurry up and have breakfast while Daddy tells him to hurry up and get dressed. Caillou has no idea what to do.Things are moving too fast this morning!
In Hurry Up!, Caillou gets up and plays, just like most mornings. His world is calm and stable. As soon as he is confronted with his parents impatience, this peace disappears. He is confused from this stray from the norm. Caillou becomes agitated and scared. He starts crying from this turmoil. Caillous daddy reassures him and consoles him. Caillou feels his angst understood.
When Mommy and Daddy wake up late one morning, Caillou and his parents must scramble to get ready for the day's activities. Things move too fast for Caillouhe must rush and eat his breakfast and scurry to get dressed. Learning alongside Caillou as he struggles to complete his morning routine, toddlers discover how to handle this difficult experience, encouraging personal growth and confidence and helping children know that they can overcome obstaclessuch as oversleeping!
