Lauren Brooke's sassy and spirited girls (and horses) are back once again in this the fifth installment of her heartwarming series.
Dylan admits that it isn't always easy being the niece of the new Director of Riding, Ali Carmichael - especially not when the riding teams blame Ms. Carmichael for their poor performance at a big event. Then Dylan hears rumors that the former, respected Director of Riding wants her old job back. Dylan realizes there are students who want her aunt out, and she hopes she and her friends will be able to make a stand. But with all the whispers and secrets, she has no idea who is on her side - and who is not.
Dylan knows it isn't always easy being the niece of the new Director of Riding, Ali Carmichael. After the Chestnut Hill girls don't perform as well as they could have at an All-School League Show, Ali treats it as a learning opportunity, but some upperclassmen think the team would have fared better under the old Director, Liz Mitchell. Soon after the show, rumors begin flying that Liz is trying to get her old job back. When a petition to replace Ali with Liz starts to circulate, Dylan and her friends can't believe it! Can they defend Ali from the conspiracy against her?
