About the Author
Celeste LaBrunda Yeakley is an organizational leader with more than twenty years of experience in software/systems engineering and process improvement. Her career has spanned small to large companies including Motorola, Dialogic Corp. Dell Inc., and the University of Texas' Applied Research Laboratories. She is a broad-based team player with a proven skill set in focusing teams with creative and innovative business planning processes. She is accomplished in business strategy, business planning, team/project management (certificate in Software Project Management), software capability enhancements, and organizational leadership.
Jeffrey D. Fiebrich is Software Quality Manager for Freescale Semiconductor. He is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and has received ASQ certification in Quality Auditing and in Software Quality Engineering. During his twenty-year career, he played significant roles in leading organizations in ISO, Capability Maturity Model, and Capability Maturity Model Integrated efforts in the United States, Europe, Mexico, Romania, Asia, and India.
