This is an exceptional introduction to the Discworld. It covers nearly every inch of the thing, either in actual visits or through anecdotes. Rincewind and Twoflower begin their journey through Discworld. Twoflower is the first-ever tourist on the Disc. His joy and wonder only serve to irritate and amaze the failed wizard Rincewind who has been hired as the first-ever unlucky tour guide. Throw into the mix a set of Luggage that thinks for itself (and eats people) and a host of nefarious and bumbling characters and you have a true Terry Pratchett masterpiece.
