About the Author
Cara C. Putnam, J.D., is an honors graduate of George Mason University School of Law where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Civil Rights Law Journal. A former clerk at the Court of Federal Claims, Cara worked as an associate at an Indiana law firm and lectures on business law at Purdue University.
