Thirteen chapters, along with a commentary and short communication, are presented here on the topic of crop protection in different countries. Research is provided on controlling disease in tomatoes, pest management for cranberry production, rodent management in animal farms, insecticides, and protecting wine grapes from rot and mildew, among other topics, in addition to a case study of pests in West and Central Africa. Contributors work in biology, agriculture, and other fields around the world. The editor's qualifications are not provided. Chapter six of the volume is included on the accompanying CD-ROM.
