About the Author
Born in Palermo, NICK STELLINO came to America at the age of seventeen to complete his studies. He married, went to work at Merrill Lynch as a stockbroker, and has been in the United States ever since--but his fondest memories have always been of cooking with his grandmother in her kitchen. So he launched a new career in the world of professional cooking. He has worked in the kitchens of many of the finest restaurants in Los Angeles, most recently Drago, and before launching "Cucina Amore" on public television, he appeared as the television spokesperson for Ragu Italian sauces.
