Chefs include Chef Suki from San Francisco's Masons, Peter Gordon from London's Sugar Club, and Stanislaus Soares from Melbourne's Chinois. Among the delicious dishes: Green Papaya Salad, Seared Tuna au Poivre, Roasted Tomato Soup with Yogurt, and Chocolate Chili Sorbet.
