A feature writer and columnist for newspapers and magazines, she is the coauthor of andlt;iandgt;The FastDietandlt;/iandgt; and the author of andlt;iandgt;101 Things to Do Before You Diet.andlt;/iandgt;andlt;bandgt;Dr. Sarah Schenkerandlt;/bandgt; is a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist who has served on both professional and government committees.
