About the Author
Eliza Cross Castaneda was publisher and food writer for Mountain Living magazine, has taught cooking classes at Colorado Free University, and was a culinary arts judge for the Cherry Creek Arts Festival. Her articles have appeared in Colorado Homes and Lifestyles and Log & Timber. She lives in Greenwood Village, Colorado. She is an active member of the International Food, Wine & Travel Writers Association.
