Sarah Crosland began covering food and dining as an editor for The Atlantan magazine in Atlanta, Georgia, but returned in 2008 to her home state of North Carolina to cover Charlotte's growing culinary scene. She has worked as the dining editor for Charlotte magazine for more than three years. In addition to launching and authoring the magazine's food-and-beverage blog, Dine & Dish, she composes the annual "Best Charlotte Restaurants" feature and frequently judges local culinary contests.
