About the Author
Both Barbara Ryden and Brad Peterson are respected teachers and researchers at Ohio State University. Peterson serves as Department Chair. Ryden wrote the Chambliss Astronomical Writing Award winner, Introduction to Cosmology, a text for majors published by Addison-Wesley.
