Keup, a franchising specialist for more than 35 years, operates a private law practice in Costa Mesa, California, advising clients in matters dealing with franchising, mail order, general business and trademarks. He has been a member of the California Bar Association since 1972 and previously served on its Franchise Legislation Committee. Keup also has been a member of the American Bar Association's "Forum On Franchising" since 1987
