About the Author
Clay Fong has been a foodie since childhood, exploring the likes of osso bucco, dim sum, and tongue tacos at a young age. As an undergraduate at Dartmouth College, Fong would make the most of his dorm kitchens, introducing his buttoned-down classmates to a variety of ethnic delicacies.
