About the Author
Eugene R. Tempel is executive director of the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University. The Nonprofit Times has named him to its list of the country's fifty most influential leaders in the nonprofit sector each year since the list was created. Tempel is the author and coauthor of several books including Fund Raisers: Their Careers, Stories, Concerns, and Accomplishments (Jossey-Bass) which he coauthored with Margaret A. Duronio.
