Head Over Heels includes the one-of-a-kind “What Do You Believe About Love? Quiz” to help readers separate fact from fiction. Also included is a learning/discussion section with questions and Scripture references for personal or group study, plus a poignant, heart-warming letter from Dr. Dobson to his beloved wife, Shirley.
Synopsis
"Though some readers will disagree," Dr. Dobson writes, "love at first sight is a physical and emotional impossibility." Why? Because love is not a feeling of romantic excitement. It goes beyond sexual attraction. It exceeds the thrill of "capturing" a desirable prize. True love---the kind that lasts forever---may begin in the electricity and euphoria of infatuation, but it thrives and deepens after the flush of new passion has faded away. One of the world's most trusted family psychiatrists and the founder of Focus on the Family takes on our culture's misconceptions about love and romance, and shows readers how to build relationships that stand the test of time. Dr. Dobson invites readers to take the "What Do You Believe About Love?" Quiz and offers personal and practical advice for turning romance into the real thing.
