About the Author
Sarah Ferguson, The Duchess of York, is the author of a number of books for children and adults, including Tea for Ruby and the Little Red picture books series (Simon & Schuster). The Duchess has served as the US spokesperson for Weight Watchers International, Inc. and was a founding member of the American Cancer Societys Great American Weigh In,” an annual campaign aimed at raising awareness of the link between excess weight and cancer. She was also a voluntary spokesperson for the American Heart Association. In 2007, the Duchess established the Sarah Ferguson Foundation to fund programs that promote education and wellness, and in 1993 she founded Children in Crisis, which provides aid to needy children around the world.
