Excerpt from Incorporation Proceedings, July, 1922
In the City of La Paz, at two o'clock post meridiem, on the seventh day of July, nineteen hun dred and twenty-two, before me, citizen Alberto Camacho, Special Notary and Actuary of Mines of the Department and the undersigned witnesses, there appeared, as party of the first part, Mr. Horace R. Graham, engineer, in representation of Messrs. Guggenheim Brothers. Acting under the power which will be inserted herein, and as party of the second part, Sr. Jos Mendieta, in his capacity of Manager of the National Bank of Bolivia, agent of Sr. Francisco Capurro, acting under the power which will likewise be inserted herein, and furthermore, both said parties appearing for the Caracoles Mining Company, all being of legal age, residents of this place, married, with capacity for this act, and whom I certify to know, and they delivered to me, to be drawn up in the form of a public instrument, the minute and powers which are of the following tenor.
