Gerald Hill are native Californians who have spent a significant amount of time living on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Kathleen has written widely on the culinary arts and was a collaborator and friend of the late M.F.K. Fisher. Gerald is a historian and a lawyer who writes about travel and history. They live in Sonoma, California.
