About the Author
Deborah Bouchoux is an Instructor in the Legal Assistant Program at Georgetown University teaching Legal Research and Writing, Advanced Writing Seminar, and Business Associations. She has presented at numerous workshops both in-house and for private law firms, as well as the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, National Capital Area Paralegal Association, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Tax Court. She has also presented to private corporations on various topics including legal research, legal writing, citation form, ethics, intellectual property, and business associations. Deborah has authored several other paralegal textbooks, guides, and various journal articles.
