About the Author
Susan Eckert is a consultant and coach, specializing in strategic people practices and leadership development. She has worked with executives, managers, and professionals and provides consulting, training, and coaching services that improve an organization¿s ability to attract, align, retain, and develop talent. The Author is currently facilitating a similarly structured workshop called Understanding Cultural Diversity. Ms. Eckert earned her Bachelor¿s degree from SUNY at Stony Brook and holds a Master¿s degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Her Masters degree involved a specific focus on the psychology of race, group dynamics and advanced conflict mediation programs focused on resolving conflict between individuals of different races, classes, and genders.
