About the Author
Evelyn Tribole, M.S., R.D.
, is the author of Eating on the Run
(Leisure Press, 1992) and Healthy Homestyle Cooking
(Rodale Books, Fall 1994). She was recently chosen as one of the top ten nutritionists by Self
magazine (August 1993). Tribole is also the "Good Morning America" nutritionist and appears on the show regularly.
Elyse Resch, M.S., R.D., a certified child and adolescent obesity expert, was the treatment team nutritionist for the Eating Disorder Unit at the Beverly Hills Medical Center. Her work has been profiled on CNN.
Both authors are successful nutrition therapists in Beverly Hills, California.
