About the Author
James McNair is one of the world's most popular food writers, with over 30 cookbooks to his credit and more than 3 million copies in print. He is the recipient of the first International Association of Culinary Professionals Award of Excellence in Food Photography. Born at dinnertime on Thanksgiving Day, he has enjoyed a lifelong interest in food. James McNair divides his time between San Francisco and the north shore of Lake Tahoe in California.
