About the Author
Elise Collet-Soravito is a French-Italian artist who was born in Paris and has travelled all over the world. After graduating from Studio Berçot in Paris she worked as a fashion designer for ten years before turning to illustration. Her distinctive books on culinary arts, Elise et ses 28 Délices
