This book is FANTASTIC for many reasons.
Beginner to advanced delicacies, and many dishes you'll recognize from TOP Chinese restaurants. The recipes are FANTASTIC, and the book even has sections and drawn pictures that describe ingredients, flavors and tastes, preparation styles/tricks, cutting methods and suggested knives, and even suggestion for store types to find rare food types and substitute ingredients.
Even more, recipes have descriptions of how the finished dishes can be plated/presented for a professional look. The author also notes expected textures/taste when complete....PLUS suggestions for recipe modifications.
