Synopsis
The church/missions community must move beyond superficial fellowship and simple networking to true partnerships, cooperative ventures, and the sharing of resources. This will result in synergy - a phenomenon where the output is greater than the sum of its parts. Twenty-two missions leaders from around the world speak candidly to these issues and call us to reflection, relationship and engagement without which the nations of this world will not be discipled for Christ.

Partnerships in Global Missions
The church/missions community must move beyond superficial fellowship and simple networking to true partnerships, cooperative ventures, and the sharing of resources. This will result in synergy-a phenomenon where the output is greater than the sum of its parts.
Kingdom Partnerships for Synergy in Mission consists of a series of papers presented at a missions conference in Manila in 1992 that focused on the idea of partnerships. Essentially it asks the question: What is partnership in missions? And then proceeds to answer that question from a number of perspectives. Twenty-two missions leaders from around the world speak candidly to these issues and call us to reflection, relationship, and engagement.
This books talks about the difficulties of forming true partnership and what results can be achieved when two groups work together for the kingdom. Communication is almost always where partnerships break down, and it is often from misunderstanding the culture of the other party. This is a book about how partnerships work in missions.
