Synopsis
Bucher zum Thema Kundenorientierung gibt es viele warum also noch eines herausgeben? Weil herkommliche Kundenbindungsmassnahmen, wie bspw. Kundenkarten oder Loyalita- programme, mittlerweile zum Standardrepertoire der meisten Unternehmen gehoren. Die Kunden haben sich daran gewohnt; von Wettbewerbern absetzen kann man sich dadurch kaum noch. Um Kaufer langfristig zu binden, mussen Unternehmen ihren Abnehmern mehr bieten: Sie mussen sie am Prozess der Leistungserstellung teilhaben lassen. Dies gilt zunachst fur die Forschung und Entwicklung sowie fur den Produktionsprozess, wo Konzepte wie Open Innovation oder Mass Customization die blosse Auftragsentwicklung und -fertigung ablosen. Es gilt aber auch fur das Marketing, wo Kunden z. B. Impulse fur Innovationsproz- se geben. Von einer solchen Kundenintegration profitieren in erster Linie die Kunden selbst: Sie haben kein Produkt gekauft, sondern an einem Projekt mitgearbeitet. Dadurch erhalten sie nicht nur eine massgeschneiderte Leistung, sondern sie fuhlen sich ernst genommen und sind oft stolz auf ihre Leistung. Davon profitieren aber auch die Unternehmen, denn wer das Gefuhl hat, an einem gemeinsamen Projekt mitgewirkt zu haben, der fuhlt sich diesem Projekt und seinem Partner auch langfristig verbunden. Da die geschilderten neuartigen Konzepte zu den Forschungsschwerpunkten unserer beiden Fachgebiete sowie weiterer Institutionen der TU Ilmenau gehoren, haben wir uns schon Ende 2007 entschlossen, die Tagung der Fakultat Wirtschaftswissenschaften der TU Ilmenau am 15. Mai 2009 unter das Generalthema Kundenintegration und Kundenbindung zu stellen. Dieses Buch bundelt die Beitrage dieser Tagung."
