The book is organized in to two parts: Part One, divided into 15 chapters, presents a set of readings that will help students understand leaders and the leadership process. Part Two provides readers with additional opportunities to explore leaders and the leadership process via cases, incidents and exercise, which are intended to supplement the conceptual material.
