About the Author
Dr. Eydi Bauer, D.C., is a doctor of chiropractic and an applied kinesiologist specializing in nutrition and food sensitivities. In 1995 she graduated summa cum laude from Life Chiropractic College-West, with excellence awards in clinical care. She has been treating patients for twelve years, and currently has a waiting-list practice in Mendocino, California, where she lives with her eighteen-year-old dog, Chopper, who is also gluten free.
