About the Author
Barbara D. Ingersoll, PhD, has devoted over 25 years to treating children with psychological problems and counseling their families. She is the clinical director of Montgomery Child and Family Health Services in Maryland. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland. Sam Goldstein, PhD, is a clinical instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.
