Synopses & Reviews
Jung called astrology 'the first form of psychology'. In this unusual book, Caroline Casey develops her own kind of psychological astrology as she defines the archetypes at the heart of human relationships and spiritual quests. Casey describes the timeless connection between personal energy, the inner gods of the psyche and the outer patterns and forces that shape our universe and our unique destiny. In an engaging narrative, Caroline introduces the innovative practice of Visionary Activist Astrology. This system of personal and collective liberation provides principles and rituals to live by and ways to create prophecies that will help you discover your underlying nature and become an 'active, dynamic participant in the dance of life'.
Expanding on the ideas first presented in Inner and Outer Space, this reverently irreverent mystery school disguised as a book (in which each of the planetary gods is a professor) explores the archetypes at the heart of human relationships, aspirations, and spiritual quests. In an engaging narrative enlivened by stories, fables, exercises, and meditations developed through her work as an astrological counselor, Caroline provides a practical system of personal and collective liberation. A must for all people with a sense of humor and a desire to do collaborative good in the world.
