About the Author
Mitra Miller is a systems strategist in Per-Se Technologies' I-Net Services group and coauthor of the Twelve-Step Program for building intranets. She consults with a wide range of companies on planning, building, and supporting client/server and Internet/intranet systems.
Andrew J. Roehr is a technical director and senior systems architect specializing in massively distributed and net-based systems, and is cofounder of Per-Se's Technical Infrastructure Planning Service.
