She is the creator of Maternal Fitness, a labor-preparation program that features the Tupler Technique, exercises that are unique to her pregnancy workout. andlt;Bandgt;ANDREA THOMPSONandlt;/Bandgt; is a freelance writer and editor who has contributed to numerous magazines.
