About the Author
Michal Levin, a BBC Newsnight broadcaster in London for many years, viewed meditation with complete skepticism -- until she tried it. She was astonished at the amazing insights she experienced, from even her earliest attempt. She has since refined her abilities and taught this straightforward approach to many hundreds of students. Articles by and about her have appeared in the Times, the Daily Telegraph, and the Express. She has authored two previous books, The Pool of Memory and Spiritual Intelligence. Here, she also contributes examples of her own artwork to illustrate and enhance the book's concepts and her personal stories of self-discovery.
