A Place to Turn
Life with a toddler is like being on an emotional roller coaster. Your child is so sweet and smart one minute, so stubborn the next. And the moment after that, tears. Though it may feel as if there-s nothing to do but hang on for the ride, the important thing to remember is, all mothers go through it.
Beth Wilson Saavedra has, and out of her experience come hundreds of meditations on the anxieties, joys, and challenges of raising a young child. From issues of Values, Boundaries, Spirituality, and Rivalry to a woman-s own concerns of Sensuality, Self-Esteem, Finances, and the Doldrums, her book is a small treasure, given freely from the heart.
