Sound appealing? The book you’re holding in your hands can help you to experience the power of truth—of life—in an indescribable, unbelievable new way.
Read what John witnessed as he walked alongside Jesus, the man who has had the greatest impact of all time upon our world—a man whose message of raw truth, pure love, and clear purpose just might radically change your life.
Eugene Peterson’s modern paraphrase The Message: The Gospel of John brings John’s message of transforming hope and life directly to you in today’s language.
Experience God’s message. Find hope. Be changed.
** There’s a translation of Scriptures that this guy Eugene Peterson has undertaken. It has been a great strength to me. He’s a poet and a scholar, and he’s brought the text back to the tone in which the books were written. --BONO, lead singer of the music group U2*
There is so much that is fake about our society. My generation is craving something that is real, honest, and true. The Message is straight up! It’s modern, relevant, and direct. --REBECCA ST. JAMES, recording artist, author

This convenient Bible study booklet asks what it means to be a woman of excellence.
Synopsis
What is excellence? And how can women cultivate it amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life? That's what Navigator author and Bible teacher Cynthia Heald desired to find out after reading the beautiful description on Ruth voiced by Boaz: "All my people in the city know that you are a woman of excellence" (3:11, NASB).
In this warm and personal booklet, Cynthia outlines the qualities that characterize a woman of excellence—things like strength, virtue, courage, capability, and wisdom—and she goes on to explain how you can develop those same traits in your own life.
