About the Author
Best-selling author David W. Beskeen has authored or co-authored numerous computer books since 1992, including more than 25 technology-focused titles for Course Technology. Mr. Beskeen has guided readers through the mastery of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Windows, LiveMotion™, and other proprietary software packages. In addition to his accomplishments as author, Mr. Beskeen has extensive teaching experience and is a frequently sought-after computer technology consultant. A prolific, best-selling author, Carol M. Cram has written more than 35 textbooks covering computer applications, business communications, and Internet-related subjects. Ms. Cram is also a long-time faculty member at Capilano College in North Vancouver, where she currently serves as the Convenor of the Executive Support Program, the Program Consultant for Business and Computers in Continuing Education, and an instructor of business and computer-related courses.
