This is an amazing reference for artists who want to have a better understanding of human anatomy. While this is not for beginners, I think it is a great reference guide for figurative artists. The book focuses on écorché references (human figures drawn without skin) and gives a better understanding of how muscles connect and move. I absolutely love drawing from this guide and it has helped me so much. Recommended By Rose H., Powells.com
