To say I love this is an understatement. In this story we follow a boy named Aoki who is in love with Hashimoto, a girl in his class. She drops her eraser, and Ida picks it up. The eraser says "Ida" on it. What ensues is a coming of age tale about accepting yourself, first love, and comedic hijinks.
I went through so many emotions reading this: Joy, Laughter, Tears, and even turned into a babbling squealing gremlin because of how adorable this was.
I love the discussions of queerness in this volume. I felt validated reading it. Please, pick it up, you will not regret it.
