About the Author
Angelika Taschen studied art history and German literature in Heidelberg, gaining her doctorate in 1986. Working for TASCHEN from 1987 to 2010, she has published numerous titles on art, architecture, photography, design, travel, and lifestyle.Peter Webster is a freelance editor and writer specializing in design, architecture, culture, and travel, who has contributed to Interior Design and Travel + Leisure. He is a former editor at Departures, House Beautiful, Elle Décor, and, most recently, editor-in-chief of Absolute magazine. Born in New Zealand, he now lives in Brooklyn, New York.
